The Future
As you may know now, the tectonic plates are forever floating slowly on a see of molten magma and this causes the rock to drift and collide and separate from each other continuously destroying and creating new land since the beginning of earth. But is in stall for our future?, for earth's future?
Earth 50 million years into the future
In the next 50 years it is predicted that Australia and New Zealand would have traveled north in the pacific colliding with Asia
Much of Antarctica's ice would have melted and formed new rock deserts with vegetation
North and South America would have started traveling West away from Europe and Africa
And South America would have started moving upward toward North America

Earth 150 million years into the future
During the course of the next 150 million years:
Antarctica's land mass would have shrunken considerably and split into two new continents, one the size lslight;y larger of what used to be Australia and the other slightly smaller
South America would have been pushed back into North America which by now has collided with Greenland forming one large continent in the top of the Arctic Ocean
Antarctica's larger continent on the East would have become significantly smaller slightly, smaller than Australia and Antarctica's smaller continent on the west has now expanded and elongated toward the west. Both (mainly the western side) are now drifting up north filling up the gap in the Indian Ocean.
There are now only four new continents

Earth 250 million years into the future
During the next 250 million years:
What used to be Antarctica's mainland is now connected to Western side of South-East Asia and the second part of Antarctica now connecting to the bottom of South east Asia and Australia.
Earth has now reconnected all continents making a second Pangaea, a super massive continent surrounded completly by one big ocean and the Indian ocean remains in the middle similar to a donut

North and South America have split and the rest of their continent are now drifting East toward the rest of the super continent until North america has collided toward the top half of Europe/Africa and South america has connected toward the bottom of Europe/Africa and Antarctica
